In January 2008 New Zealand Video Tours was sold to John and Lois Allen, and renamed NZVT Films. The directors of NZVT Films have many years of experience in tourism and marketing as owners of Friars Guide, New Zealand's premier guide for luxury accommodation and tourism activities.

All of our products are unconditionally guaranteed to work in all countries. We do not refund the purchase price of DVDs for any reason. If you do have a problem, please contact John and I will work with you to sort it out. We have never had to replace a faulty product, but should you have a problem that cannot be sorted, then I guarantee to replace it at our cost.

We aim to dispatch all goods within one working day of confirmation of payment.
